Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
I've been away a while, I guess there is still no solution for AO in combination with this AA...?

@black-coffee
Sadly no! I've had very little time to spend at hunting a solution for that lately!

@JHTrucker some news:
Hello,
The current game version does not support reprojection - this means that the multi view mode in game has to fairly match the orientation of your monitors in real life or you will see the changed angles in the image.
Using the monitors as a flat area will not work in a situation with a curved camera or ratorated view as the other monitor will feel misaligned. A third party software might help if it offers option to reproject the angle. Additionally as a temporal fix, rotating your other monitor a bit might partially help.
Best regards,

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
@blades87 - Basically, your face to centre of screen distance should be the same for all monitors. Screens flat side by side are probably double that distance for the second monitor. The lower the angle goes the more stretched the image becomes.
Not sure about finding any software that could interface between the game and your monitors to change one of the monitors projection angle...
The problem with dual monitors are mirror locations and too much dead space at the right. If you look here viewtopic.php?p=20195#p20195 at my "triple reduced angles file", in that pic you see that the left mirror is on the left monitor and the right mirror is on the right monitor, the centre has no mirrors. A dual is just two thirds of a triple...
If you look on scs forum regarding ATS Mack mirrors, you'll see plenty of single monitor users complaining that they can't see the left mirror unless they increase FOV and move seat right back, then the dash is tiny and unreadable.
In your pic of truck interior you have both mirrors displayed but the view through the windscreen is too small, height wise.
For the purpose of a test, try my offset double file with your seat and wheel moved over to match on screen... if you like it, then you have some re-arranging to do in your room, which is probably easier than trying to get the images correct for flat screens.

Code: Select all
FAEL Environment
Project NG (now abandoned since 1.38 release)

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
ProjectNG is now a paid mod if I am not mistaken?
Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
@yiannis
Yes, I have had to abandon it lately!

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
Yeah, sadly. I regretted buying EVR Sounds as he lied about releasing updates "immediately" after 1.37 and still nothing. Anyway. Does FAEL Environment work with grimes mods and in what order? Because grimes mods change the trees too..
Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
@yiannis
As I said, the order I posted is the order in MM. The trees in FAEL is what I like, so above Grimes.
