You do the wrong thing: you give them credit and they will never stop. If someone is commenting like an art critic just give him BLOCK and fuck him. About dislikes, once you notice them every time they will NOT stop.
Disable user ratings for your videos (youtube studio->Videos->select video check box->select EDIT-> User Ratings-> OFF
Once they can't comment and their dislikes are a fart in the wind they will eat their nerves, not us.

I know this low IQ kids, they have nothing else to do except staying on a kitchen chair in front of their low-end PC and spread shit, but we are to blame for paying attention.
