That's true, today I found out that I have been cheated by my team member for the whole time. I'd like to apologize for that.
Out of curiosity, who raised the copyright problem? Because Great Poland was also dead and i know it was edited many times by a non-team-member without any approval.
You see his statement here
viewtopic.php?f=7&t=14&start=80#p12363

As he now is part of Promods (and sience then no sight of him on this forum where he learned some stuff from us, but hey...free choice...not for everybody)
i am very curious about this claim.

EDIT I see that original team is also part of Promods :laugh1: :laugh1:
When Dawid used THE ENTIRE MAP...no problem! Now...he, he, competition!

Soooooo....i get it now..... :pioneer_smoke:

Mandelsoft raised the copyright infringement. I hope his comparison pictures are not copyrighted:

Also this is Bratislava by Great Poland:

By TheNightgames (stolen):

and by ProMods:

The areas will be of course be removed as soon as possible from the map and there will be a fix. TheNightgames is thrown out of the team.

I mean its good that everything came to light, but isnt it a bit picky from Promods to straight up come with a copyright infringement? Especially looking now at the screenshots and taking in consideration that the map where it was taken is abandoned. Looks like something that could be easily resolved with some little talk. Didnt know ETS/ATS modding community is so toxic to each other...

Just to be clear, the first two comparison pictures are between the EU Road Net map and the ProMods map, not the Great Poland map. That area is the only area that ProMods can claim ownership over, we mentioned the work in Bratislava saying that the individual creator of that map (who is now a ProMods dev) could claim ownership over it if he wished.
As far as we're concerned this issue has been sorted now, Eu Road Net have taken immediate action and say they will remove the ProMods content, which We highly appreciate.

Exactly. Promods didn't take legal actions, they just said they will if we won't remove the files within the next 24 hours. Which is quite fair I think.

Yes, the Great Poland map is abandoned. TheNightgames might have gotten permission if he asked ... but he didn't ... :scratch_one-s_head:
