Okeeeeey, I used to have crashes in Lublin when using PR 2.4.1. Those crashes are no more, using 2.4.2.

Yes, we need an RC for PR_RM , because there are broken roads and the old RC doesn`t work.

just tested, we dont need a road connection for rusmap :)
