what YKSRSK map are you using? There is no mud flood on RTP version

That's odd mate and I don't know what it can be caused by.
Normally after F11, you should be able to write a comment
directly and then just hit the REPORT button and the pop-up
will disappear!

The problem with reporting the coordinates in a picture is that you can't copy/paste
them, as you can do with text info. That's how you go fast to the problematic place
in Map Editor, a copy/paste into the command goto!

the far map picture on the map view is enough if a city is in the picture. Coordinates are even better.
