and the zoom function for the map is pretty smooth as well. well for me anyway

@Arayas I've just tried RC from updated post and the same result - long load ing time everytime, when I delete ME and ME RC everything is fine. Maybe I have some mod conflict. I use PM 2.46, Rusmap 2.1.0, SR 8.0 release, Paris rebuilt 2.5, Piter 2.1, Great Steppe, Roextended 2.6 and Turkey 2.2 (and PM TCP by the way). I used the load order from Wombat video. This is awkward.

Piter for Rusmap is in version 2.1. If this is not a typo( 2.0 ), this may well be the issue.
