@BenganJ

I have a new config.cfg. So far, it is the same as yesterday.
What should I do after that?
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
ASRock X670E Taichi Carrara
DOMINATOR TITANIUM DDR5-7200 32GB
PNY RTX4070Ti 12GB VERTO LED WE
WD m.2 KIOXIA m.2

@clear F1

Nothing if it didn't fix the problem after you had made your normal setting again in the config.cfg!
A corrupt config.cfg was NOT the cause of your problem. Restore the old one if you like!

But do you have any other V-sync type of setting on your system, except the one in config.cfg?

There should be nothing, but what, for example?
With the new config.cfg, the test naturally passed the intersection at 60fps.
Let's test Vsinc “2” and “8192” using this config.cfg.

Changed Vsinc "2" and 8192 in new config.cfg, it was 20fps immediately.

@clear F1

But do you have any other V-sync type of setting on your system, except the one in config.cfg?
And why is this such a big problem for you when you probably have more than 30 FPS on over
99.9999 % of your combo map? Or is this happening very frequent?

When 8192 is set, it will occur on any map where there is a lot of vegetation. Today's video happened several times on Rus, so I re-recorded it at 4096.

Okay, I usually don't give up, but if that is such a frequent problem, you should go back to 4096 setting.
Maybe it will be better later on when some maps are updated and a lot of errors and warnings have been
removed. Just for the record, can you send me the LOD-changing mod in a PM? I want to see how you have
made it. But still, I think you have better hardware than me, so you shouldn't have more problems than me.

I'm an old man, but I didn't want to waste my 75-year-old help.
I didn't think the game was bad, and I didn't make a mistake in testing it.

What else is Vsinc configured like Bengan said? I think about other software, OS, and hardware. Thank you so much! :D
There is no mistake in the map of Arayas. :D
As JHTrucker said, r_sun_shadow_texture_size "8192" is much better, correct. Thank you. :D

I ran RoEx for more than 500km, but there was no problem at all.

I reviewed the memory settings on the motherboard and restored the OC, but it didn't work.
Finally, when I replaced it with the HDMI cable I had, how strange it was! The fight that lasted more than a month has ended.
I really thank everyone. Thank you! :D :D :D

Wow my friend, I think I am even happier than you are! What a relief, it was such an odd problem! :D
