I'm pretty disappointed now.
I was able to use DSR x1.78 with Vsinc “2” or 0 or 1 without any problems.
However, when I try r_sun_shadow_texture_size "8192" in the final test, I get the same 20fps as GTX1070, and a big tearing occurs.
The RTX 2070 had no effect. :(

That is odd! Is it by any chance the CPU that reaches 100% and not the GPU?
Can you check that?

I couldn't do OSD with MSI afterburner as before.
When I get 20 fps, I see 20% CPU in Task Manager and 100% GPU with a red warning.
