@KARU0920

What do you mean by "move the screen"?

@clear F1

Maybe you can help KARU0920 with his problem,
he is a member of the Project Japan team.

JP:

EN:
As I may not understand, when you have a Vsync "2" your mouse slows down, but the screen may also look "distorted" as he says.
I don't think it was driving.
What I said may be different from what he says.

@KARU0920
I've been waiting for the most add-on for Project Japan in the world. :D

@clear F1

In what way distorted? In the Menu page? Or are you referring to screen tearing?

@BenganJ

I feel on the menu page, world map.
But it's not as big as when I got 20fps. (I think it's tearing)

@BenganJ

I'm in the office so I will check it on the game PC when I return, but it may be a memory mistake. You might think that the feeling of delayed mouse movement is tearing.
I might buy a monitor, but the pocket money I get from my wife isn't enough. :( :( :(

If the slightly smaller menu screen is an issue, you can try:
Edit multimon_config.sii with notepad
Our standard that works for everyone, so far.
normalized_ui_x: 0.005
normalized_ui_width: 0.99

Increase menu size, may start to flip graphics.
normalized_ui_x: 0.0005
normalized_ui_width: 0.999

Increase menu size, may start to flip graphics.
normalized_ui_x: 0.00005
normalized_ui_width: 0.9999

I said at the very start of vsync=2 that it causes the mouse movement to be sluggish in comparison to vsync=1 or vsync=0, for me anyway. If in menu i move left right fast then the game pointer can't keep up. Don't care, i drive, not play in menus.
It's like having silk smooth on ultra - Nvidia says in NCP "may cause lag" and not suitable for certain games that need precision mouse movement.
It's also the same if you set NPI render ahead to 6 = sluggish screen movement, but smooth.
Reduce render ahead to 2 or 1 and you'll see the mouse becomes more responsive but game may then stutter if there's not enough frames ready to be displayed.
Perhaps it's more obvious on an old pc setup like mine.

@clear F1
Thank you for looking forward to PJ.
It will take a little longer,
It was fixed by changing Vsync "2" to 0.
Thanks.
