[DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
@Ticreut29
But you have set in game refresh rate to 60Hz, so a V-Sync 1/4 refresh rate will give you 15 FPS, so set in game to default instead.
But then you have to have the refresh rate in the system config to 144Hz!

@flippy
Then you won't get what you could get. READ NOTE 1 in first post! You can ONLY use the pairs of AA
settings shown there. If you don't do that you won't get good AA!

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
@BenganJ No I don't use 60hz but I used 144hz now.

Yes, you used 60Hz config in game, I saw that in the game log!
And you had the V-Sync in game set to Disabled, not good at all!

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
@BenganJ It's was just for testing and I forgot to put the setting to 0. now refresh rate is 144hz.

Skip setting V-Sync and Refresh rate in game. Do it in the config.cfg instead!
Set r_vsync to 3 or 4 with in game Refresh rate at Default!

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
Bengan, I think this is now better
There's less flickering texture compared to this one
Also, here's a test when I tried V sync 4 in config.cfg and it does the same phenomenon in Clear F1 video

Flat flickering textures is something we all will get to some extent and that has
nothing to do with anitialiasing. E.g. two flat textures placed at the same level
and having some area in common will flicker. Look at powerlines and light poles
instead to see if you have a good AA! All the videos have quite bad AA and with
your modest monitor resolution and game resolution you should be able to get
a better quality AA. I wonder if the VERY BAD color saturation you're running at
can be a problem and making the flickering so frequent. Try to get your colors
correctly adjusted.

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
Don't worry Bengan this does no look like the video when I played myself. probably Nvidia video recorder is bad making the game colour look like there are saturated.

Well mate, I think you might have altered the colors in the system and then compensated that
by changing the colors back in the monitor settings. Thereby the recording software uses the
system colors and you see the corrected colors. If I were you I would RESET at least the color
settings in the monitor and then adjusting the system colors, probably through Nvidia Control
Panel so that you get normal colors again. I can't analyze your videos if you have that over
saturated colors, mate!
