use the RC from the roex22dlc package
you have a country conflict using RC for non-dlc.

I want to play Roextended 2.5 mods for all of Europe.
My question now is which mods do I need or can you do with the old mods with 2.5 Roextended Mods + Road to Black Sea DLC.

Friends, please help me again today.
When you put Promods_me_245, it is desktop immediately after loading. The same is true no matter where you change the loading order.
It works normally without ME245.

I need to know if you run Promods and ME v2.45 on ETS2 v1.36 and without ANY other
maps. There is a conflict with almost all other maps, so I recommend you to wait
until there is a lot of new updated RCs and map mods to go with PMME!

Currently it is PM245 + RUS + SR + TGS.

Please, go back to PM243, 245 is NOT compatible yet with RM, SRMap and other maps!

I can understand a missing RC/FIX for RusMap, but what about SR? Why that is incompatible?
