And to answer this "Why doesn't NVidia use these settings in their default ETS profile?"

Nvidia won't spend time and effort on a niche 8 year old budget title.
The current DX11 implementation is just the basics to change from DX9, not exactly ground breaking.

EDIT: ETS2/ATS in DX11 look and run exactly the same using driver 353.06 from 2015.

@JHTrucker

If you haven't tried this ETS2 map, I REALLY suggest you do, it's gorgeous.

Okay, but are you using ANY sharpening filter, Freestyle e.g.?
No, no freestyle or anything.

When I started NPI and looked at hte settings they appeared to be reset. I loaded them again (see screenshot).
Try to make another short video.

@Gravesteyn

Which screenshot? Please, post the uppermost part of NPI and a new short video
if the previous isn't valid!

@BenganJ
Thanks a lot yesterday.

I'm worried if I can explain well, but there is one problem with the settings from yesterday.
The 30 fps setting works well, but the frame rate drops from 22 to 24 fps, regardless of the metropolitan or suburban area, causing screen delays.
When returning to 30 fps in a few seconds, the screen does not return as usual and the screen is accelerated.
Is there any similar phenomenon? (The same happens for maps, EAA standalone, DLC combo)

In addition, the phenomenon may occur frequently or may not occur for a long time.

Now I know what you mean by AA. I think my previous video had the wrong settings.
To prevend mistakes I'll remove the first video.

@Gravesteyn

That video looked much better, whole power lines and A LOT LESS flickering stuff!
But you can still improve on the graphics, get it a bit crispier e.g., but now you have
a good start! Enjoy! :D

EDIT: Don't forget to EXPORT your NPI settings, that way it'll be easier when you have
to upgrade your graphics driver!

@clear F1 - Try the following:

Lower DSR to 1.20x
or
Don't use DSR at all.
or
Keep DSR and Change to '2x [2x Multisampling]''2x Sparse Grid Supersampling'
or
RESET the game LOD's in global config.cfg, if you changed them.
uset r_mirror_view_distance "100"
uset g_lod_factor_pedestrian "1" Re-test increase to 2 only if required.
uset g_lod_factor_parked "1" Re-test increase to 2 only if required.
uset g_lod_factor_traffic "1" Re-test increase to 2 only if required.
or
reset leaves_lod_start: (240.0, 410.0, 50.0)
reset leaves_lod_end: (300.0, 460.0, 100.0)

EDIT: are you recording video at the same time?

@BenganJ

Video of Utopia 1.8 test run.
22 fps with a delay of 2 minutes 55 seconds to 3 seconds.
The screen accelerates when returning to 30 fps from a delay of 21 to 24 fps from 4 minutes 3 seconds, and then repeats.
so tearing or stuttering?

@JHTrucker

I will try your suggestion after this.
Thank you.
