@bogdac

It might work okay for you, as it does for me, but two systems are VERY seldom
exactly the same, so be prepared to test some. In NPI there's actually THREE
versions of Frame Rate Limiters, I haven't tested all of them, am not even sure
about the difference between them. You can also mix those, as I did in DX9, with
Fastsync and Adaptive synv. Pretty many cases to test! :D

Turn off NPI frame limits and use in-game V-Sync to work. :D

Sorry guys, but I thought you knew all this. Using two Frame Rate Limiters is like
having two bosses, it can only be chaos! Who's in charge? :lol: :lol: :lol:
Ask Arayas, wife and cats, he's got a hell there! :lol: :lol: :lol:

===== Asking for testers! =====

Those of you who run the game with V-Sync enabled, can you try to enable Adaptive sync in NPI?

Code: Select all

In game:
--- Vertical synchronization --------------------------- 'Enabled'

NPI:
--- Vertical Sync -------------------------------------- 'Use the 3D application setting'
--- Vertical Sync Tear Control ------------------------- 'Adaptive'
This will make it so that when the FPS is above the monitor refresh rate then the V-Sync will be enabled,
but when FPS is below, instead of flipping down to half refresh rate it will disable V-Sync leaving the FPS
to be what it is, floating! It should give you a smoother run, less stuttering!
