Sorry @tapir, I solve one problem, another couple come up. Having issues with rusmap cities showing. All cities are gone. Ever experienced something like this? Using RusMap 2.0

You should use the old Rusmap 1.91 instead, unless there isn`t a newer Promzona for the new RusMap.
