@BenganJ
Yes, for me it is 0.75 or 0.80.
Since the color was adjusted using ReShade, the color faded as a whole by deleting it. (When using RGM) :(

@clear F1

Yes, you had two color related shaders in ReShade.

@BenganJ

Sorry about killing your reshade... but it's not all good...

Sadly my fix isn't complete after all.
It seems that since forcing AA and driving around for miles and fiddling some more and repeat over and over, i never went into truck or trailer config.
That breakes my WAVES background fix!
Going into truck service and "repair all" doesn't break it as i've been doing that a lot during testing so never notice until just now.
The dirty fix for this new problem.
In game config.cfg - set g_menu-aa-limit "0" this stops the crazy flashing gfx in truck/trailer config scene allowing you to config to suit your requirements.
But... when you leave truck/trailer config the menu gfx are flipped and also the game play screen as well!!!
Again a quick dirty fix.
HDR - untick - apply
HDR - tick - apply.
Drive and you're all good again until you decide to config your truck/trailer or buy a truck and config.

More pondering to do...

I drove to service centre and picked config truck and that broke the gfx for me.
If not for you then maybe i have changed something since yesterday???

From menu i then picked truck config and trailer config with same results.

Also remember i'm talking about ATS currently, ETS2 still 1.35

I'll have another look now...

Alternative fix to above - drive onto service icon - hit Esc set scaling 400% enter config, finish, reset scaling to 100% Drive away. Same for visiting truck and trailer dealers to purchase new ones.

@BenganJ My first post today was going to say scrap my WAVES fix and stick with your reshade option in first post, but then i read the AA bit broke your reshade...

Basically any game option that results in you looking at a truck or trailer inside a garage will flip the gfx for me.
So that's vehicle browser / truck purchase - config / trailer purchase - config / photo mode etc.
I like driving these trucks and not constantly using the above options in game anyway, but it would be nice to actually fix the AA completely.

If you really don't have an issue using WAVES fix but previously always used reshade and all the above were fine, then perhaps you have a left over reshade dll in your game folder that's helping without your knowledge?

As far as AA bits and reshade goes you could try 0x8000077F - it looks the same for me (no reshade).
Also just for testing only 0x8F7F7F7F 0x8007F7F looks the same to me but might fix reshade?
None of these however fix the no reshade WAVES fix.

@JHTrucker

Well, this phenomena is obviously there because the WAVES theme, when chosen, only
is used in the desktop page, not in any other place. There SCS uses dedicated BG's
instead. But WHY does it surface at all, depending on background animations, that
beats me. Maybe the WAVES one isn't that animated as the others.

EDIT: Maybe one could create a mod making all these BG's still pictures instead of animations!
