@Arayas

EXACTLY! PERIOD!

@JHTrucker

I haven't tested that yet, it's been the worst non-immersive thing in the past. Let me check,
I'll be right back!

@Arayas & JHTrucker

The new fancy lighting system is just like the damn ReShade presets that has flooded
on SCS's forum. Totally wrong experience, just washed out colors!

@BenganJ - The problem is that game devs always emulate a camera lens instead of human eye.
In motor sport on tv we see an in car dash view and see lens flare... but that's the camera not the drivers eye. So we therefore have to have those camera effects for our driving view to make it look real! well, as real as seeing our world through a camera.

Input delay? Steering wheel, mouse, keyboard? I asked you to limit the OUTPUT
of the number of frames per second, NOT limiting the INPUT at all.
Sorry, I should explain a bit better :grin:

I play on an Xbox 360 controller. No irl job atm due to covid restrictions here in my country so can't afford a wheel yet nor a PC upgrade. Limiting to 30FPS gives me a pretty noticeable input delay on my controller and feels pretty unplayable. Could I reduce this by lowering the Maximum Pre-Rendered Frames to 1? Thanks for your time.

@RunnyPilot

Aha! Yes, why not try to make the rendering queue a bit shorter, you can always
return to previous setting if it doesn't work.

@JHTrucker

Here's a screenshot with the new console menu item Rendering -> GPUbuffers selected.
What do you make of that one?

Miracle! It's much more playable now at 30 FPS and my God... it feels great. Even at 2K Resolution through DSR, it runs very well. Thanks so much for your time! :heart:
