The one last bit of AA required is the adviser screen map (overlay) and world map have no AA and the truck in menu background also has no AA.
If you reduce the screen res it's clearer to see no AA applied to these.
So they may well be another "all working" AA bit still to find, but for now i'm happy just driving around without the constant shimmer/flicker of default game.

@JHTrucker & @black-coffee

Yes, I agree regarding sharpening. But as JHtrucker says, AA gives a blurry image, so a certain
amount of sharpening I think is good, but it's a balance you're after. Previously in DX9 time I
used Reshade and a shader called Smart_Sharp from the SuperDepth3D pack of mainly HMD
shaders. It is aware of 3D and does a smart sharpening. Just the other day I discovered that
I could still use it by dropping that shader into Nvidias Freestyle folder and use it through
the GeForce Experience game overlay! My announcement on that you can read here:

@BenganJ
I'm still not quiet sure if the sharpening setting is just a more user friendly version of -ve LOD.
Are they the same? Do they work against each other? Remember, Nvidia gives us sharpening but hides -ve LOD.
I still use a bit of -ve LOD.

I can't be bothered to sign up to Nvidia just to use those filters... SCS gfx update will make them redundant soon!!! Well, perhaps, maybe...

@JHTrucker

The two different sharpening settings in NPI ought to be different and it's
ONLY the Image sharpening parameters that show up in NCP, the -ve LODs
don't!

4xMS + 4xSGSS = 138 fps
8xS (combined 1x2 SS + 4xMS) + 4xSGSS = 138 fps
16xS (combined 2x2 SS + 4xMS) + 4xSGSS = 138 fps
Maybe I was a little unclear ,the AA part works fine ,the extra supersampling part is ignored by the game engine.So any of the above 3 modes is simply the same 4xMS + 4xSGSS .Proper 2x2 SS + 4xMS is a 4K image with 4x antialiasing,even a 2080ti cant produce 138 fps.

@ykon28

Okay, thanks for the info. I'll see later if I can trace a difference between the settings!

A simple way to test is taking a screenshot with geforce experience (usually alt+f1). With proper 2x2 SS your screenshot will have four times more pixels than the current screen resolution (in your case the screenshot will be 4k).

Here is a photo of a game that 2x2 SS is working. I play 3440x1440.

The image is 6880x2880.

@ykon28

So, can you specify which image sizes I SHOULD get for these settings, assuming the native resolution is 1920x1080 and Scaling = 100%?
2xMS + 2xSGSS =
4xMS + 4xSGSS =
8xMS + 8xSGSS =
8xS (combined 1x2 SS + 4xMS) + 4xSGSS =
16xS (combined 2x2 SS + 4xMS) + 4xSGSS =
32xS (combined 2x2 SS + 8xMS) + 8xSGSS =
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
System: Windows 8.1
Processor: Intel Core i7-4790@
Memory: 16GB
Graphics: ASUS GeForce GTX1660Ti

2xMS + 2xSGSS =1920x1080
4xMS + 4xSGSS =1920x1080
8xMS + 8xSGSS =1920x1080
8xS (combined 1x2 SS + 4xMS) + 4xSGSS =1920x2160
16xS (combined 2x2 SS + 4xMS) + 4xSGSS =3840x2160
32xS (combined 2x2 SS + 8xMS) + 8xSGSS =3840x2160

So only supersampling affects the image size output.
