Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
Just out of curiosity is there just one compatibility bits that works for dx11 or has anyone found any others. I dont think the old ones for dx9 work. ie 0.000010C5

There's many patterns that works, but they don't add anything or are not
solving any problems that we know of. The OLD DX9 ones you can forget.
Present pattern 0x80000A7F is the definitely best found so far and has been
proven to work for all persons, as we know now!

I have tested values for those positions that is now 0 (zero), but they have
neither been a solution to a problem or added anything. We think that there
might be one more position that could solve the present single problem we
have, the ReShade problem. We'll see if we find anything in due time!

@Speedy Gonzales
Where do you get the older versions of reshade from?
Are they just an .exe like the current 4.5.4 on the site?
Thought i might have a play to see what's wrong.

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
Dear BenganJ
The sun_shadow_texture_size, 2048 I tried yesterday did not help.
Today I tested several hours on stuttering from morning.
My GTX1070 seems to be screaming due to the many NPI settings and other settings.
So, when I reduced Frame Rate Limiter by 10% to 54fps, stuttering almost disappeared. (About 50fps, it may be good)
Of course, the recording is 60fps.
I always thank you.

My friend, if you read the comment after the Frame Rale Limiter
in the first post,
I don't use the NPI setting at all, I use in-game V-Sync! Do NOT use
frame limiting on more than one place, either in NPI OR in game.
Some people can use G-Sync, but that has to have support in the
monitor! Others are using RivaTuner to frame limit. And for me
V-Sync works best. Using NPI frame limit I get screen-tearing, as
I use headtracking and fast head movements cause it.You have
to test the different possibilities yourself and see which is best
for you!

in the first post,
Code: Select all
Frame Rate Limiter --'60' //Set it so that it will give you a stable FPS = 'VALUE' for at least 90% of the time. I prefer V-Sync.

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
Ah, thank you Bengan I hadn't realized that. I have now turned off the frame limiter in NPI for both ETS2 and ATS.
