===== Folks, I have AA back, I think, but after removal of ReShade! =====

But I have to test more rigorously ReShade later! haven't really got time right now though!

@ykon28

Are you using ReShade together with this AA scheme and if so which version of ReShade?

No I dont use it because it was messing sometimes with my AA ,back from DX9 era.

PS. AA bits still work with American truck simulator beta 1.37 , so no worries.

@ykon28

I know about that depth map messing under the DX11 tab in ReShade,
but today I only had one to choose from and even with Extended ticked
I only had two! I started to get this problem after trying to install the
latest version, which initially went fine, but after I had restarted the
game I got the usual phenomenon of a black BG to the profile choosing
screen and in the game I lost AA totally after having gone back to the
4.2.1 version. Very odd feeling. I'm going to test a bit more, so we'll
see if this is repeatable.

EDIT: I suspect that ReShade versions after 4.2.1 is NOT going to work
with what we have today! I'll check a bit later if 4.2.1 is working in a
stable way, if not we're back where we started earlier today.

@BenganJ
Extra clarification?

'Mirror Resolution' ----- 'Medium' //Other than Medium will render mirror with NO AA!
Also required, 'Mirror Quality' on Medium or HIGH.

@JHTrucker

Okay, so that's a MUST, can't be Low, even if I doubt anyone wants to set it to Low!

@BenganJ - Sorry... another one...

'Scaling' ... '100%' //This MUST be the setting, or M00% for Multimon users as per above!
Now not needed --> or M00% for Multimon users as per above!
We're all on 100% now.

Okay then! I wonder if that could be the cause of your problem.
Follow JHTrucker's recommendation to re-install the Nvidia driver
and this time tick the Clean install. See if that gives you a full
Other section in NPI!
Okay, so I did a clean install of the Nvidia drivers again and......

IT WORKED !!!!

The AA in the game is clean and looks great!

However I do see within NPI the options still does not list for the line entry for Memory Allocation Policy or SILK Smoothness. But I don't think I'm going to worry about that right now.

Thanks for BenganJ and JHTrucker for your patience and assistance !

@hasteflex

How nice to hear that and I understand your point there too.
Take a break from trouble shooting and enjoy the game. Come
back later and report every step towards success please! :D :D :D
