When I run same as above I get about the same thing. Running NPI drops my FPS but not unplayable.I dont see any studdering and graphics look great. But In cities I get around 35-37 but open highway around 57-60 FPS. I also run an rtx 2060 on 4K...

@mgysgtdev & @lonewolf0958

Are you using V-sync? If not how is your screen syncing done?

@mgysgtdev - The in game AA doesn't remove shimmer/flicker and hardly any jaggies.
This AA solution is about removing all those and producing a much better image... but at a cost, yes.

V-sync is set to off. If I turn it on my FPS is worse. Refresh rate it set to highest available. Like said tho I dont get studdering and graphics look ok. Just think with my system I should be getting a little better FPS.

@BenganJ - In regard to reshade.
You say you now use reshades smartsharp filter in GFE... does that mean you can also use other peoples reshade settings , to change/enhance colours etc, in the same way?
So reshade people could also use this AA solution now?

@JHTrucker

They can, BUT so far I haven't seen that one can use PRESETs directly from ReShade,
you probably have to use the same or comparative shaders/filters in Freestyle and
reconfigure them there to get the same image enhancements!

EDIT: BTW, this is what BlueSkyDefender says about his Smart_Sharp shader:
Smart Sharp
A Smart Bilateral Sharpening filter that uses depth to gradually phase out it's effect to keep very distant objects from becoming sharp. Because who wants razor-sharp clouds? Birds don't, so why should you.

@BenganJ - I read that when i was trying it with my reshade/ our AA tests... funny.
Ok, so reshade people need to convert to Freestyle, if they want this AA as well.

I'll have another multimon_config.sii for you to test tomorrow... it's a bit quirky! I'll say no more for now.

@JHTrucker

Sounds interesting! Yes, ReShade people should at least investigate if they can
accomplish the same image enhancement through Nvidias Freestyle filters. You
can add many more shaders as filters from the ReShade world than is included
as standard with GFE!

@LarryA - GPUs x 2 Evga GTX 1080 ICX SLI "No"

Do you purposely disable SLI for ATS or can't you get it to work?
Just wondering as i'd noticed some time ago that the ATS profile doesn't include an SLI code but the ETS2 profile does.
Perhaps copy the ETS2 SLI code and paste into ATS to check?
I've never used SLI so this is just a guess!
Feel free to try or ignore.

Sorry for the late reply. ATS does "Not recognize SLI. Would not have the foggiest clew on how to implement SLI in ATS? Second GPU mainly for Flight Simulator X 32 Bit Engine CPU Bound SLI No. Check weather, Instruments and the VAS usage. Can check VAS usage when in stalling MODS for ATS and resources the system is using with new MODS.
VAS (Virtual Address Space) memory leaks, Processes running in the back Ground. CPU, GPU, Memory load. Core Parking disabled and other process disabled in the O.S. 7.. Process Explorer with with Sysinternals add on. Free application. Check the CPU load per core, 0,1,2,3,4, 5 and spikes. CPU I 7 4930K. With ATS running.

Set the 3440 x 1440 monitor to 60 Hz in ATS 59. ATS does run smoother graphics are much clearer. Ultra settings in game. V Snyc enabled at 59 Hz in game. The issue in certain areas of Portland, Seattle, Port Angeles the FPS will drop to 34 FPS few seconds creates complete loss of control = Truck Crash. That is the reason for a 30Hz refresh rate. Creates blurry textures. Image sharpening increased to 95 to clear up the textures. Textures still needs mprovement @ 30Hz. The monitor is the bottle neck. Not the GPU load. GTX 1080 ICX. CPU load on 5 cores will vary from 34% to 58%. ATS is "Not" CPU bound. GPU load 34% up to 78%. Reduced from 15 to 1. uset g_lod_factor_parked "1" uset g_lod_factor_traffic "1" uset g_traffic "1.0".. Need to reduce in game graphics For 60 Hz or reduce to 2x?

ATS CPU bound No
Hyper Threading No
SLI No...

32xS [Combined: 2x2 SS + 8x MS] With 8x Sparse Grid Supersampling....

Bottom line Testing this system at 60 Hz in Seattle, Port Angeles and Portland. Reading thru these post is very beneficial and a good learning curve as well.
Thank You

@BenganJ i use V-sync from NPI that was mentioned in this post. Though the wierd part is that when i ran ETS2 in directX9 with AA from NPI i barely lost any FPS. I set my AA to 4x SSGS cause i was testing it in the first place with 32x but that didn't do any difference.
