Ladders and flickering in the game Euro Truck Simulator 2 / AMD

Guys, I need help, there are very strong ladders in ets2, everything is flickering, some objects are drawn right in front of my eyes, shadows are blinking... Help please :( AMD graphics card
The textures of cars in the distance are barely drawn at all

I would be very grateful if you could help me..

Its the same with Nvidia GPU (1080ti), its not a GPU related issue.

I don`t think you `ll get an answer, cause the forum posts above are really old ( January and May this year ) and untl now there is no answer!
