slow traffic/ no speed limit at turkish-bulgarian border

Hi,

At the border crossing between Bulgaria and Turkey there is no speed limit defined for several kilometers in both directions on the motorway AFTER the border crossing. Route navigator does not show any speed limit. Traffic drives at 30kmh/ 19mph. Is this intentional or a bug?
