Kovel-Brest Road Connection v0.1

Hi all. As we know Arayas removed the connection between Kowel and Brest. Therefore, I decided to make this very connection. It may not be of the highest quality, but it is practical. It shortens our way to Brest from Ukraine and vice versa.

Road connection between Kowel and Brest.
Required maps:
RusMap 2.4.2 and ROEX 3.2 or 2.8.

I tested on patch 1.42.1.7s

I did not test with ProMods 2.57!

@vikSCM3 - I don't know, I don't use the ProMods map. You have to check it yourself...

I tested it but unfortunately, it isn't compatible with Promods. :(
(There will be a broken road between Lublin and Kovel, if you activate this RC with Promods.)

The reason of removed road is pretty simple: the sector is used by Rusmap-Promods RC. I had that road in the past when Promods was not in Ukraine area. It can be reinstated (as Bozo did) but only for Rusmap or in Hybrid connection, but i am too lazy to re-edit that thing.
