New Profile Load System / How to copy profiles or saves

Hello everyone, as we know with the 1.39 update, we will able to edit our profiles' settings, mods, etc. before we start playing the game. But there is a problem for me, I use only 1 profile and it has 4 save files in it. For example, If I want to play with my bus station mod, I load to "Bus Save" file and before I start it, I deactive map mods for bus station mod, or when I want to play with map mods, I deactive bus mods, change some orders of mods and etc. etc.

My question is, can I move my save files to another profile for doing these things easily? I mean I just want to choose my special profile for a mod or game style and make my compatible mods ready or make incompatible mods deactive. I hope someone can understand my question

Well, I use a separate profile for all my different setups. Whether you can move
savegames from one profile to another I doubt, as there are many VERY specific,
for the profile data saved in those savegames. But don't take my word for it, wait
for others to have their words on this.

You can make 4 copies of a profile with different names (bus, map, etc.). And configure them accordingly, enable / disable mods and other settings that you are doing now for your saves.
It is not difficult to do this, but it is difficult to explain if you do not know the language...

You will need a program SII_Decrypt.exe
Unfortunately, the topic with it was removed from the SCS forum, but it is included in the program

You only need one file "SII_Decrypt.exe"

ATTENTION! FIRST, CREATE A COPY OF THE PROFILE THAT YOU WILL CLONE AND SAVE IT IN A CONVENIENT PLACE FOR YOU!

1. Create a new profile in the game with the name you have chosen for it. For example, "Now", all profile settings in the game can be skipped. The main thing is that a folder with this profile appears in the "Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles" folder

2. Delete everything from the new profile folder except file "profile.sii". And rename it, for example, to "now_profile.sii"

3. Copy everything from folder old profile to folder new profile

4. In the folder with the new profile you need 2 files, "profile.sii" and "now_profile.sii"

5. With the left mouse button drag "profile.sii" onto the file "SII_Decrypt.exe", then carry out the same operation with the file "now_profile.sii"

6. Open both files in Notepad (I use Notepad++) and copy the string " profile_name: "***"" from "now_profile.sii" to "profile.sii" with the replacement

7. Start the game and if you did everything correctly, then you should have a profile with a new name, but with the old content. Now in the game you can configure the profile (disable/enable mods, etc.) as you need. If you succeed, then you can create as many profiles with different names as you need

1. Создайте в игре новый профиль с именем которое вы для него выбрали. Например "Now", все настройки профиля в игре можно пропустить. Главное, чтобы в папке "Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles" появилась папка с этим профилем

2. Удалите из папки нового профиля всё, кроме файла "profile.sii". И переименуйте его, например, в "now_profile.sii"

3. Скопируйте всё из папки старого профиля в папку нового профиля

4. В папке с новым профилем вам нужны 2 файла, "profile.sii" и "now_profile.sii"

5. Левой кнопкой мыши перетаскиваете "profile.sii" на файл "SII_Decrypt.exe", затем эту же операцию проводите с файлом "now_profile.sii"

6. Откройте оба файла в Notepad (я пользуюсь Notepad++) и скопируйте строку " profile_name: "***"" из "now_profile.sii" в "profile.sii" с заменой

7. Запустите игру и если вы всё сделали правильно, то у вас должен появиться профиль с новым именем, но со старым содержанием. Теперь в игре вы можете настроить профиль (отключить/подключить моды и тд), как вам нужно. Если у вас получилось, то вы сможете создать столько профилей с разными именами, сколько вам нужно
