Well, in SCS style backgrounds the dotted lines are seen, no matter if the countries are colored or not.
In the sattelite one they are a bit harder to see though, I'm not sure if the sea lines can be adjusted in color.

Spotted these two odd things in the UK - is this something to do with the different scale?

That first anomaly is due to the fact that SCS in the World View map down-scales the UK area, which is in another scale
than the rest of the map. That part is from Promods and they have have really made big mistakes when it comes to the
UK area and Iceland. The second image is just that the mappers haven't had proper backgrounds when they created their
map, so some parts are always out of line!

Доброй ночи! Воду сделать синей, а не чёрной. Тогда линии можно сделать чёрными. Поменять и приглушить (меньше яркости) цвета стран. Посмотрите пожалуйста на ссылку которую я Вам прислал. Не обижайтесь, это только мои пожелания.

Goodnight! Make the water blue, not black. Then the lines can be made black. Change and dim (less brightness) the colors of countries. Please look at the link that I sent you. Do not be offended, these are just my wishes.

Доброй ночи! Воду сделать синей, а не чёрной. Тогда линии можно сделать чёрными. Поменять и приглушить (меньше яркости) цвета стран. Посмотрите пожалуйста на ссылку которую я Вам прислал. Не обижайтесь, это только мои пожелания.

No offense taken of course! But I really cannot understand, the ferry lines are white (and I don't know how and if you can change this) and they stand out as shown in the picture. The colors of the countries can be finetuned, and will probably happen shortly. I will look into changing the water color as well. ;)

Без обид, конечно! Но я действительно не могу понять, паромные линии белые (и я не знаю, как и если вы можете изменить это), и они выделяются, как показано на рисунке. Цвета стран могут быть настроены, и, вероятно, произойдет в ближайшее время. Я также посмотрю на изменение цвета воды. ;)

If it is ferry lines you are talking about, they are connected to the map data, so those
can not be controled in the BG mod!

Добрый день Уважаемые друзья! Спасибо за Ваше не равнодушие к моей просьбе! :D Очень был рад, что Вы ответили мне сразу же. Поймите, на мой взгляд, чёрный цвет воды очень тяготит (угнетает, раздражает). Лучше если бы вода была "морской", слабо зеленоватой. Не знаю, понимаете ли Вы русский язык, поэтому подбираю слова :oops: А в игре на фоне чёрной воды пунктирные (паромные) линии практически не видны. Особенно будет плохо тем у кого маленький экран монитора :P
