It seems that RusMap 2.3.1 is not compatible with EAA 6.0. There are several areas around Minsk that lead to a crash to desktop (CTD). I've found a few locations where that happens, but it's likely that there are a few more places around Minsk. I've tested it with a test profile with only Rusmap and EAA loaded. I've tried with EAA at the bottom and RusMap above, and also with RusMap at the bottom and EAA above in the Mod Manager. Both loading orders lead to CTDs.

I've also looked into my game.log.txt and the only thing that is strange is this error: <ERROR> Item duplication detected! 0x2FD658D4DA000001
This exact same error occurs at all the CTD locations I found.

Is there a simple fix for this? Because I really would like to use Global map combo. For now I could avoid the Minsk area, but as Minsk is a really great city I would love to drive there too.
Another option is to disable EAA, but in my Global map combo I would like to have EAA too, ofcourse.

Hey! There was a an old fix with EAA 5.5 and Rusmap it is still working for me
