@cxtinq
This is what is stated in the first post regarding this error, so
basically you didn't read that!
Link to version 2.3.0.10 of Nvidia Profile Inspector, aimed at Nvidia Driver up to 442.74:
https://github.com/Orbmu2k/nvidiaProfil ... g/2.3.0.10
Link to version 2.3.0.12 of Nvidia Profile Inspector, aimed at Nvidia Driver from 445.75:
https://github.com/Orbmu2k/nvidiaProfil ... g/2.3.0.12
Note: Using the NPI 2.3.0.12 with latest Nvidia Driver will remove the sharpening filter settings! Use e.g. Nvidia Freestyle filter instead!
You will also lose the setting SILK Smoothness!
I can see now that it isn't really the proper words to use, so I might re-phrase it later!

@BenganJ
I'm on the sharpening stage in the NCP, but I encounter an error when I try enabling image sharpening. It denies me access.

That's a bit odd though, so skip sharpening settings for now. I can't see all there, but I assume
you are trying to set the sharpening for Euro Truck Simulator 2 game only. Have you done all
Step 1 - 3 and tested if you get proper AA? If so, go on with the other settings you want to have.
Taking another look at your image, it seems to me you haven't done a single setting in NPI yet!
Please, do things in the order specified in the first post!

Yes, but as I couldn't see those settings in NCP, which I should be able to do,
you either haven't clicked the Apply changes button in NPI or didn't have
Euro Truck Simulator 2 selected in NCP when trying to set sharpening!

Okay, what I'm going to do is completely re-install NPI and NCP and then I'm going to follow all steps all over again. I'll update you when the issue is fixed.

I'm asking why when I looking to a video with your NPI setting, there's any flickering texture?

Can you explain that question, because I don't understand what it is you're asking?
