Someone said that this might be a RusMap road connection:

Ok, I figured out what that was:

Its the Roex to Rusmap road connection. In the editor, it looks like this:
00:01:22.975 : <ERROR> node <--> item linkage inconsistency ! (uid: 0x3DF936D0EB00223)
00:01:23.802 : Node was incorrectly connected! (uid: 0x3DF936D53400222)
00:01:23.802 : <ERROR> node <--> item linkage inconsistency ! (uid: 0x3DF936D53400222)

This is between sectors +0016-0004 and +0017-0004 (It seems the road connection mod is missing +0017-0004?)

This is not necessary, the communications sectors with ROEX are not affected.

seams that wasnt true.
The road WAS modified and road connection between RusMap and Roex was afected. My road connection, despite the fact it was with no errors in it, it connects to a road now in different shape.
Is not visible on map but the GPS is confused. So....
