Tbh, I've never experienced that chaotic situation. After PM 2.46 is released, it seems that everything is messed up.

It is simply CHAOS for other map developers and people who want to enjoy map combo.

Everything works great, but this. The game is resetting nav cache at every load for some reason with the ME addon and the RC.

Sorry guys, my fuel it's out for now. The RC's are doned like always, same method, no ghost roads or cities (the reason for re-cache)

What about deactivating ME and related RC? Does loading time take still long even ME is excluded?

Tbh, I've just abandoned ME from my map combo. lol

Naturally your RC`s are ok.

EDIT: without the ME addon everything is ok, no long loading times anymore.

I haven't tried with only promods and me add-on, and I'm too tired from all of the loading today to give it a go...
