Talking about Promods. Why they doing this? Are they scared if their mod has problem on the new version, so they check the whole map?
Since as you say all mods working on the new version usually and Promods always take days/ weeks to update their maps.
Okay I see they change and overlap lot of place from the SCS map so their mod can have conflict with some new parts but I don't think SCS make always changes on the map

yes they did, there is a change log on YT by SCS but those are nothing, PM sectors are over SCS anyway

I downgraded my ETS2 to 1.36 and installed all maps including Rusmap 2.1.0. There are no broken roads and it seems that it works well.

But I have not driven the roads yet so I am not sure whether there are random crashes or not. Sorry.
