i only changed serbia mod to 2.1.1
and i added route advisor on top mod from steam workshop as well
next time i do a job that goes there or past the point where it crashes at that exact spot i will add my new game.log file okay

If that's the only changes, check out the combo load order again and also study this
recommended load order of the different categories of mods.

We are looking into the problems with Red Sea Map 1.2.1. it generates a new nav cache eveytime!

What we know now:
PMME + Red Sea Map 1.2.1 = Load time 10 minutes
PMME without RSM 1.2.1 = Load time 7 minutes
That's of course on one of our PC's, but that shows RSM takes a few minutes more to load. However, the interesting thing I found was in the game log, both test runs produced a LONG list of:
00:08:05.693 : <ERROR> Sign 'prefabloc144' references part 'it' not found in model '/prefab/garage_scandinavia/garage_expensive_sc.pmg
Since these garages are used in PMME and since we carry over 3 sectors over from PMME, and we also used this garage model in Nuweiba and Sharm el Sheikh, I think it's running this long list of errors twice.
What I'd like to ask is can someone here having this issue confirm they have a long list of prefabloc-errors when running WITHOUT Red Sea Map please?
