I don't know if it's been reported already or not (tried to look up with the search function in this topic), but I see a problem at Ojdula (sec+0015+0005);61081.3;19.1212;22872;1.28514;-0.0675605
The problem is that the speed limit on the sign shows as being 50, while on the GPS it's 80. Tested on 2 profiles (one being freshly done), and it's the same outcome.

I think in Buzau is the same thing?
The entrance, where the sign is placed on you can still go with 80 km/h until you get close to the first roundabout, and leaving Buzau to Focsani lets you get to 80 without even leaving the city, way behind the sign that shows that you are leaving the city, where the limit of 50 km/h is removed.

I think this one is not really a bug, but how SCS sees the city entrances because after it popped up that I discovered the city I got the limit of 50.

couldn't it be due to a context area being used? they are known to also have their default speed limits.

there is no speed limit area used there, its like 100m of simple road.
i'm afraid SCS screwed something with that sign's traffic rule
