"ROEXTENDED has hardcoded (corect) speed limits". I'll be appreciate if you could give some more detailed info about it. Especially is there a possibility to return to default speed limits.

In certain areas speed limits are setted by traffic rule area in map editor overpowering signs or definition files. This can't be changed by mods, the mods can just create conflicts in this matter. And is nothing to return to, default speed are used in this way.

Yeah, that's not a standard prefab or am I wrong? It's an odd placement of the
activation point and sure, a bit tricky it will be, but that's kind of the beauty
with this game, you can mod it pretty much as you wish. :D
