Special thanks to Bozo for discovering the duplicate sectors in the two maps (deleting sector + 0034-0008 in the Rusmap190.map was the crucial clue) :D
So I was able to apply my favorite loadorder for promods, RusMap and ROS without broken roads:

Promods
RusMap
ROS
....
..
Now I'm just coming from Vorkuta towards Brest and I expect no problems. All good. :D

You don't have to delete any sector from any map, if I have understood things right!
You use the fix and load order from these posts:

It doesn`t matter, that I deleted the sector in RusMap: it is completely unnecessary, this sector. :!: :!:
So, I don`t need this fix.
BTW: It is always better to eliminate the cause than to stick a patch (Fix) on the wound. ;)

Removing the sector in RM 1.9.0 "+0034-0008" is the best solution ;)
