I have described many times now that NaturaLux e.g. demands that you
have the Launch options that will limit your number of loading buffers to
9. As I don't use NL I can have Launch options that will give me 31 buffers
instead! This is a resource question.

Wasn't Nataralux buddy, i disabled it all and ran the game and it still crashed around Novi Sad.

At the moment NL is back in and i have driven over 800 miles without any problems.

What do you boys use to enhance the graphics then, because vanilla does not look good at all.

Honestly, did you change the Steam Launch Options at the same time as you tested without NL?
If not, that test was pretty much worthless. I use NEXT_GEN in combination with Grimes season
mods.

You missed an end 0 on the pool_size! Do you want me to describe technically why
NL DEMANDS those settings and give you a better knowledge about how the game
works when it comes to handling game resources?

EDIT: Those values you posted as Launch Options is what NL has told you to use,
so when you removed NL to do the test, you should have changed or removed
those settings too!

One other question for you! I assume you've got 16GB memory or more, but right
before you start up ETS2 or ATS, how much of that memory is left?

Yes buddy start up settings are as instructed to use for NL.

Could you explain everything please and tell me what i should use as a startup option.

Let me put is this way. I can build my own pc and have done from the first to last screw.

But i know absolutely nothing about optimum software settings for anything.

I just see a mod, think oh that sounds a good idea and then install it.

I paid for the DB Creations VIP mod package, so should i use that or not.

I don't know, just using what i think makes the game look better or seam more realistic.

I use all of Jazzycats AI traffic mods in both ETS2 & ATS, Bengt.

No worries buddy, no rush thank you. I am doing a New York to somewhere in Baja California ATS delivery at the moment. :D :D

I updated the pool 7160 size in startup options to 8192, as i read if you have 16 - 32gb mem.

Then that is the setting to use. Yeah 716 was only my copy\paste error to forum thank you Bengt, it had the full 7160 in Steam before i changed it.
