No no no you cannot take all the credit

ETS2 just crashed on me when i was choosing a rigid chassis for a default Volvo.

Bought a garage in Budapest, wanted to add 5x Volvo rigids and drivers.

I have 45 trucks & drivers so far. I am not really interested in the economy side of the game.

So i just employ drivers to make money, while i play.

Yeah, I was just waiting for this moment! Looking at your game log before,
I noted that for me, this is personal ideas again, you had an odd load order.
I don't think there's ONE order, but this is mine from top of Mod Manager,
roughly categorized:

Code: Select all

Zoom mod (if needed)
SAT BG
Sound Packs (Drive Safely)
Graphics mods
Mixed categories of mods
Skins and accessories for trucks and trailers
Truck & Trailer Packs (Jazzycat)
Truck mods
Map mods
There's NO law against your order of things, I just tell you mine. The vital things
are to get the order that works and for some mods order are VERY important. If
you wonder why I have SAT BG's (with included zoom) and Zoom mods at the top,
it is to avoid to get any other mod which include the map_data.sii file to mess
with the zoom parameters I want or relocating e.g. UK to Middle East! You would
probably get rid of all the rainy weather, but that's to be regarded as a spinn-off
effect! :D :D :D

Can i just say that in my defence your honour.

Normally i get no problems, but when i do it is always to do with truck mods.

The only thing that changed yesterday to do with truck mods was this buddy, i needed it for the invisible trailers .........................

But i will most certainly take your advice and change my order around, thank you Bengt. 8-) 8-)

Well, Flemming Vinge's BDF pack has been around for ages, so I don't think
it is the responsible one, maybe a conflict with some other mod. Have you
checked the topic on the SCS forum here:

His topic was created 19 Jan 2014!!!!

Game loaded alright after moving mod order around. But i haven't tried creating a new rigid yet, which caused the crash last time.

Only ONE BIG mistake, the YKSRSK18assets[1.35].scs should be at the bottom of MM,
NOT at the top :!: :!: :!:

It is buddy, that was all put in following Wombats video.

It's all academic anyway Bengt. Driving on a stretch of road passing Novi Sad, truck was ocillating really badly for mile after mile.

Then the game crashed. Pic of bottom of my mod list.
