I have combo with only few biggest mods, everything updated, and when starting game I can't choose any city to Fast Travel.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Remove the "ProMods road & cities Poland Rebulding 2.5.12 merge"
and Update HybridPlus2

and it still doesn't work can't choose any city when starting game...
