I wouldnt hold my breath aldimator was sick not long ago and from seeing the last post he made that i saw on trucksim.club, he isnt exactly happy with the community or is enthusastic about updating his mod much more. which is a shame

Aldimator is working on updating the map, he wants to make a big update so that he can update territories less often in the future. If you think it's so easy, build the map yourself. The rusmap was made in 2015, since then the quality of the game has changed a lot and the map needs to be rebuilt, which is what aldimator does. So take your time and don't rush the author if you want a quality product.

I just said i understand Aldimator's point of view, if "he don't want to work on the map anymore because of the community behaviour".
If Aldimator is actually working on it, well, everybody's happy.
I said i agree with him. I never said "it is easy".
