Welcome after a long break!
I promised to update the Kirov-Kazan connection, but I didn't do it haha.
But you can try the new road connection between Arsk and Kirov!
It requires:
All 8 map DLCs, including West Balkans!
ROS 13
RusMap 2.4.9
SibirMap 2.8.0
