after taking a look at your log:
You have the Road to Asia DefMap File twice, please fix that.
Then, please take a look at this and sort your mods accordingly:
https://www.gmc-logistics.co.uk/pre-setup
Due to issues the West Balkan Merge Mod has been temporarily removed. Without this mod, there should not be the issues, though no West Balkan DLC areas.

Deleting Asia map/def didn't change anything in connection Macedonia - Greece, but if I understood right, it's mod issue and everyone has it like me? :)

After deactivating Bulgaria in Focus my problem with roads disappeared, but still not roads to Greece.

Also I just try to drive throught Aktobe in Kazachstan but there is problem with textures or something and I fall under the world...

Sobieski86 the creator of Silesia rebuild posted on facebook that he solved the issue with that bug. I downloaded the mod and everything seems fine now.
