Something is wrong with mod Bulgaria in Focus Full Package when i unzip it it shows as a txt file

No, you will get with 7zip:

bginfocus-all-08.scs
and 2 *.txt files.

yes, But I edited to .scs it still shows as a txt file still not have that recognizable icon that is rar zip or like 7z only as text file and when I put it in mod manager it doesn't see it

Use 7zip and you enflate bginfocus-all-08.scs in the mod folder. Nothing easier than this!
