Switching to 1.45 removes all ....
Hello
I just went to 1.45, and everything or almost disappeared, more houses, unfinished land, etc....
I "recompute" the map, save, recompile and re-open, but still nothing...
What faut_il do for the map to find all these elements...
Thank you

Hi Bartofer,
I've had the same kind of enjoyment when 1.43 > 1.44
I found a solution : rebuilding.
But @Arayas or else may know a better solution...

Re: Switching to 1.45 removes all ....
Hello
I’ve made several attempts to install, uninstall, but it’s the same.
I deleted the "editor" folder in "documents/Ets2" to force it to rebuild the "Content browser"..
And when I open the editor and the C"ontent Browser", if I type "village" in the text box, it’s almost empty, there are only about ten elements left.. A lot of things are missing...
Everything is replaced by small grey dots! (see picture...
By checking in the Win10 explorer on the properties of the "Content Browser" folder, I see that it is only 60 MB instead of the 898 MB of version 1.44...
I also tried to uninstall my version 1.44 and re-install the 1.45, nothing changes...
I even just installed it on another disk, it’s the same, no change....
I don’t know where to look
I am open to all ideas, as far-fetched as...

i had that in the past and i never found out a solution, just replace them. I supose is by not recomputing map at new version or not converted materials for a long time.
Re: Switching to 1.45 removes all ....
Thank you for your answers that pushed me to look further, otherwise, I gave up... mapping....
In fact, I started to re-install ETS2 1.45
then I asked for the file check (I did well, 16 were defective..!!!)
Then I opened the Europe card in the editor to check if it’s the game or my card... snif.... it’s my card..
so, I go back in time by opening my old versions one after the other until the moment when it works... (16 backup before...)
I sift through all my files and compare them with those of ETS2 1.45 decompressed....
and I check the editor.log, I look for "error", and the first occurrence says "def/world/model.sii"
and I discover in my map a def/world/model.sii file (the original one that had bothered me when I passed the 1.44)
I delete it from my card, I compile, and hooo.... miracle... everything came back....
Thanks again, you were the only answers I got, but it helped. Thank you
