In Botosani (sec+0014+0003;59802;79.0853;13019.3;-0.996896;-0.364617) there's a road exiting the town towards the east, which ends up nowhere, and where you'd fall off the map.
Should probably have a blockage just behind the DAF dealer.

Good day! I downloaded this beautiful map for 1.47, in mods there is only this map, a truck and a navigator mod. I am driving from the city of Riga and I see this pink spot on the road, this is not even the territory of your map. I immediately went to check the integrity of the game files in steam, the stain did not disappear. I am attaching a screenshot of the problem area and a screenshot with coordinates.
