Some time ago it was mainly propagated by the promods community to place the Rusmap def under promods to prevent any definitions from the Rusmap def affecting promods.

Nowadays all tested loadorders from GMC show that it has no effect and you can load Rusmap def in normal loadorder together with other Rusmap files:

I have seen at least two load orders published by respected and experienced players where Rus Map Def is placed not only below other Rus Map folders, but even below PM. I would like to understand what advantage is gained by placing Rus Map Defs out of the 'normal' order?
In the past Rusmap DEF conflicted with Promods because of FLD prefabs. Now is not the case anymore so you can keep Rusmap in one place.

Thanks Arayas. I have always placed RM Defs immediately above other RM files, and I see there is no advantage in moving it. Thanks for your help.

After quick translation with Google, the changes to the older version:

The surroundings of Kursk have been partially reworked.
A completely rebuilt customs inspection point on the M1 highway (Moscow - Minsk) has been added (thanks to the author of Belgorod).
Fixed traffic lights in the city of Stroitel.
The grass cover has been replaced almost all over the map.
New signs added in St. Petersburg.
The map assets include the National Guard mod (authored by Agent47).
Work has been done on the bugs found.
