RESOLUTION: Both fixed now thank you. One is in RusMap road connection and one in main map at Kiev.

as for me.. country.rus file should not be there at all

yes.. but you Disabled country in connector... for promods..
as connector is above roex and promods.. game thinks there is no defined Belarus..

you dont need that file in connector as all defs al already defined.. i removed # for Belarus in that def.. and all works w/o crashes and game log warnings about not find country
