i am trying to put a BG in but haven't got it done yet there won't be any upgrade for a while maybe will restructure the map not sure yet

You nolonger need PM and i also left the old version up so whoever wants the v @.0 can still get it

At this time it doesn't have BG i will try to fix that but may take some time

It's a shame that cities and roads go outside and end up in the water, so I've removed that map, but I can imagine going back if it can stay on land...
