This is known bug off SCS in ETS2 1.45 , but when we tested with beta 1.46 it seems that this bug is gone. We hope that SCS fixed that (we shall see when official 1.46 comes out)

Yes, you can.

The RusMap Promods RC goes above Rusmap files and ROEX Promods RC above where hybrid was it.

When 1.46 will be released I can simlply change back to 1.45x in steam options. This combo will be compatible that way?

nothing to worry, the mapper forgot to place "map area" to look like a part of the map, i still have some of those on my map, totally harmless.
