Just here to report that everything is working as it should after I stopped my dumb avast antivirus software, which was likely tampering with the files.

Remove also your pirated mods !

Well, I can't really get a legit version of Great Steppe for 1.45, as I learned it has been cancelled long ago. But I have removed the fake RC.
