I don't see any problem in this decision. One combo with all russian maps, road to asia, roex, euroadnet, poland detail and Eurafrica. Second with inaccurate promods world map, promods and addons and Maghreb. And if you like MHA you have a third combo. My choice is with ROEX

Roextended was and it always be a map add-on for SCS original map. Using it in a map combo its on top of that, not mandatory. Never was mandatory, its just a feature. And all main maps are designed like that.

So I can safely attach it to an SCS map ....? I have also used it in addition to promods so far, but I have read previous posts.

It´s a pity that the situation turns out as it does. When reading the comments from the RoEx/Rusmap creators, from their perspective, I can understand their decisions. The outcome however seems to be a loose-loose solution on the short term while some comments seem to suggest a win-loose outcome for some on the longer run, but the future of RoEx/Rusmap and Promods is not going to be a win-win situation for anybody. It is what it is. I continue to appreciate the enormous efforts and amount of time that creators like Sergey and Arayas (and all others involved) invest in the mods they create and publish. And, in the end, there is still ATS.

Marx, I agree. Definitely a lose-lose situation as it stands right now. I understand the tactics at play but they don't seem all too effective for either side in the long run. Why do we play ETS2 in the first place? To explore? To deliver? To drive regions we will never be able to visit in person? It is a shame we will not be able to drive and explore these vast expanses with such ease anymore. I guess we will wait to see what tomorrow brings in terms of map compatibility. I am hoping an agreement of sorts can be reached, something which will benefit us all, devs and players both.

Hello everyone, I am very sorry to read that there will be no road connections to ProMods. It was a great mix of mods especially for Polish players like me. By paying a permanent subsidy, I was hoping to make permanent improvements to the mod. For me, the combination of ROEXTENDED and PROMODS is very important and I was very unpleasantly surprised by the decision not to create new road connections. I am very sorry. Greetings.
