Re: [Tutorial][1.40] GMC Logistics - Eurasia Combo

@Arayas

PLEASE, don't kill me for asking these questions.

1. If it's true that RoEx2.7, even without ULFIX, have some kind of object conflicts with SCS Vanilla, giving anomalies, what is the cause of that?
2. Given that those anomalies are there, could they then in combination with PM only, give crashes instead of anomalies, due to edited objects in PM?

@Arayas

Look at the images Vinnie Terranova posted, they are supposed to having been taken
when running ONLY RoEx2.7 AND SCS Vanilla! Link to post: viewtopic.php?p=43607#p43607

Let me be more exact: i dont have that road in Roex, i probably have that road in road connection. When i import a sector from map A and one from map B to make a road connection i dont alter all the roads from it.
I alter the road i need to connect to the other road.

All his photos are FLD prefabs linked to new roads (1 and 2), or FLD roads (3)...who are not having the same shoulder and therefore it cannot look good, it looks like that. Railing is not gonna be in the same place from road to road. If you place the railing to 3 meters in a BLKE road it may be in normal position. Same 3m can move the railing in the middle of the road on a FLD road. So...bottom line.....
Roextended 2.7 use NORMAL FLD pack. If someone else edited those to match their desires..is their problem. Roextended will revert those materials to a normal state, because that FLD pack is not the property of any map, just of its creator...FLD.

So, bottom line, wrong place to ask and wrong people (as usual) to blame, by showing this "anomalies" as a part of my work.

@Arayas

So, what you say is that SCS themselves use FLD pack and have edited them too?
That does not sound like reality to me, rather I start to suspect that Vinnie didn't
take those pics when he said he did. Let's see what his game log will tell tomorrow.

Either way....FLD or not, combo or not...if those are from vanilla, those are simple bugs generated by the road type change. Not "anomalies".

@Arayas

According to Vinnie running SCS Vanilla alone does NOT give these bugs,
they surface when running together with RoEx2.7. But don't hang me, as
I'm only the messenger here. Link to his report: viewtopic.php?p=43604#p43604
